Hans is a Principal of Box Wilson Equity and a Senior Director at Old Capital Lending, a provider of commercial capital solutions in the Texas market (over $1B in originations last year). Old Capital specializes in 1st lien multifamily lending (but also lends on other commercial real estate). They utilize FNMA, Freddie, HUD, banks, credit unions, bridge lenders, and “soft” and “hard money” on occasion. Old Capital specializes in TX, but lends nationally as well. Their niche is education and assisting clients through the entire transaction. Most brokers/lenders don’t invest in commercial real estate and even less sponsor or syndicate their own deals. However, Hans is a sponsor as well and has created 13 private equity funds with his business partner (together, Box Wilson Equity; ~$35MM+ in equity combined). They have bought or invested in multifamily, self storage, mobile home parks and distressed debt. Hans has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment and management of over $350MM in multifamily and self-storage assets and has asset managed ~3,700 MF units and has invested in or had equity in ~4,300 MF units and ~2,000 units of self storage.

Ben is a partner and head of Investor relations for HJH Investments. HJH protects and then grows Investor capital through commercial real estate syndications. The investments include industrial buildings, shopping centers, and office buildings which are typically anchored by high credit-tenants with long-term leases throughout the United States. HJH has over $340M in assets under management.

A lifelong Austinite and UT graduate, Cooper has worked in a variety of roles in the commercial real estate space throughout his career in Central Texas. Most recently, Cooper served in a business development role for Heritage Title for over 9 years. His diverse background serving clients in a variety of roles is an ideal fit for his position at Wildhorn Capital, where he manages the company’s capital relationships and focuses on deal sourcing in Austin.
Cooper is involved in a wide range of Austin organizations. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Executive Council. Cooper is also a school board member of Austin Achieve Public Schools. He has previously served as a board of director for the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and Hill Country Conservancy. He and his wife, Camille, are Deacons at the Austin Stone Community Church and parents to two wonderful sons.

Cory has 15 years of real estate investing experience and is the co-founder of River City Capital Partners. He has a 518 unit under development on East Riverside currently under construction, 70 acres on Parmer with a 300 unit under development and owns several investment homes.
Prior to founding RCCP, Cory worked as an Audit Consultant for Deloitte, and then later served as the Controller for Keller Williams Realty International. Cory received the distinct honor of being selected by the Keller Williams Realty executive team to attend the Acton School of Entrepreneurship’s MBA program. Upon graduating from this program, Cory was recognized as the top student among his graduating class and returned to Keller Williams Realty International to head up the Commercial Real Estate Division. He later led the Global Property Specialist division and the Young Professionals Division.
Cory obtained a bachelors and masters' degree in accounting from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from the Acton School of Entrepreneurship. Cory holds a CPA and Real Estate license in the State of Texas and has been active in the community as a volunteer mentor for Explore Austin 501(c)(3) and board member of the Central Texas Media Foundation 501(c)(3).
Cory is originally from Phoenix and he moved to Austin 15 years ago.

Jason Ricks is the Chief Operating Officer for the world's first Single Tenant Net Lease Security Token Fund.
Jason is a thirteen-year commercial real estate executive that has completed over 1,000 lease transactions in his career. Skilled in all aspects of Net Lease operations, development, construction, management and leasing. Recently led a $500M+ private REIT portfolio throughout the U.S. As COO for the Liberty Real Estate Fund he focuses on Asset Management, selection for acquisitions, and strategic direction of the Fund.
Jason received a BS from Oklahoma State University in Business Management, where he was a Team Co-Captain for the Oklahoma State Football Team. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) member. Jason currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife Sara and son Callum.
