Vivian Yip - Full Time Real Estate Investor, House Hacker, & Flipper

Vivian Yip is a full-time real estate investor, house hacker, and flipper! She's been investing and house hacking since 2004. Vivian and her husband began taking investing seriously in 2018, which enabled them both to quit their corporate jobs and focus on their passion - real estate! They flipped their first 6 houses in the first year while still at their full-time jobs. They hold 9 doors (a mix of long term, short term, and mid term rentals), they've flipped/renovated 23 homes and are currently working on their 24th & 25th all while house hacking!
