David Thompson - Commercial Real Estate Investor

David is the founder and CEO of Thompson Investing.  He has strong experiences in commercial real estate investing, focusing on syndication partnerships in multifamily, self-storage, mobile home parks and other alternative assets. Dave's primary focus is raising capital to support operators in these niches while educating investors about the opportunities to diversify their portfolios.  He is involved as a general partner in over 35 current deals and over 6,000 apartment units across the country.  Thompson Investing is affiliated with Phase One Capital, a broker dealer out of New York where Dave has his principal securities license.
