Alex Delp - Real Estate Investor & Project Manager

Alex Delp is originally from the suburbs outside Philadelphia and now lives in Austin. He's a project manager for a small biotech company that focuses on rare diseases. Alex has been investing in real estate for less than a year but is quickly expanding his portfolio! He currently owns 2 duplexes in Austin (1 with a partner), flipped a home in Pennsylvania, and plans to buy a single family home for househacking later this year!
